Everything the diet & exercise plan offers PLUS regular in-person training once a week! You're always welcome to add a regular exercise session for just $50.
In addition to a diet and training plan, we will meet for 1 hour each week and explore the mental, emotional, and social blocks hindering you from reaching goals and achieving fulfillment in daily living. Practices of meditation, mindfulness, reiki energy work, and yoga are used throughout our life coaching process.
